All personal training sessions are scheduled one–on–one with certified fitness trainer Jeffrey Crupi.

About Jeffrey Crupi

Jeffrey Crupi is a former professional athlete and is also a USA Ice Hockey Coach. He is a certified fitness instructor/personal trainer and exercise physiologist. He graduated Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, and has also written for Teaching K-8 Magazine, offering fitness tips for both children and adults.
